A Chef, Entrepreneur and Cultural Voice Between France and California

Over the years, my work as a chef, entrepreneur and cultural connector has led me to television studios, diplomatic tables, tech campuses and community stages. This page gathers a selection of my media presence and public collaborations.

Television Appearances

I have had the pleasure of appearing on several French television programs, sharing both my personality and my relationship to food, play and culture:

  • Un Dîner Presque Parfait – French cooking and lifestyle show
  • Money Drop – French TV game show
  • La Roue de la Fortune – Iconic French game show

These experiences allowed me to reach a broader audience, gain media experience and strengthen my understanding of how storytelling and presence work in front of the camera.

Cultural Events & Public Highlights

My work also lives through cultural events and community projects that bring people together around French culture and gastronomy:

  • First Jazz Festival in Caen, Normandy – Concept and organization of a landmark musical event.
  • Bastille Day in San Francisco – French national celebration with food, music and community.
  • Lamorinda Pétanque Club tournaments – French sport and conviviality brought to California.

Each event is an opportunity to highlight French–Ivorian identity, hospitality and the power of shared experiences.

Selected Clients & Collaborations

I have had the honor to collaborate with institutions, companies and organizations that trust my culinary, cultural and strategic vision:

  • French Consulate – San Francisco
  • Mayor of San Francisco
  • Facebook (Meta)
  • Salesforce
  • La French Tech
  • Masonic Center
  • Northgate Living CA – as Publisher
  • Bocobites & My French Cuisine – as founder and chef-owner

These collaborations reflect my ability to move between diplomatic settings, tech environments, media spaces and local communities with the same level of professionalism and authenticity.

Positioning & Media Angle

As a French–Ivorian woman, chef and entrepreneur, my perspective sits at the intersection of:

  • French gastronomy and everyday elegance
  • Immigrant and multicultural experience
  • Entrepreneurship, resilience and reinvention
  • Community building, women leadership and cultural identity

I bring this lens to conversations about food, culture, business, visibility and what it means to build a life and a career between continents.
